Concrete Pad Pressure Washing in Deer Park, IL

This was a quick minimum charge concrete job that a customer wanted done. The customer was a word-of-mouth referral and we snuck his job in after a larger job earlier that day.

Once I arrived I realized there was algae growing on his outdoor storage container and made cleaning that part of the day's tasks.

We pre-treated the concrete with an algicide, let it dwell for 20 minutes, pressure washed it with a surface cleaner, and post treated it after the job was complete to further brighten the concrete deep within its pores.

It turned out great and everyone was happy.
